Refund policy

At Targeted Science™ we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For health and safety reasons, all returns must meet the conditions below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Only products purchased directly from the official Targeted Science™ website are eligible for returns. Targeted Science ™

• Only unopened bottles are eligible for return.  Opened or partially used bottles cannot be accepted.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@targetedsciencevitamins.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will provide instructions on where to send the product.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned product.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for opened products.

• If you would like a replacement for a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team.

Important Notes

• For safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
